We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Corporate Controller to lead a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping how we manage, report, and drive insight from our financial data. Why this role matters: As a senior leader reporting directly to the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, you'll oversee corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and systems integration - while serving as a vital partner to Finance, Treasury, and our external auditors. This is more than an accounting role; it's a strategic leadership opportunity with real influence across the enterprise.

What you'll lead and impact:

  • End-to-end corporate accounting and reporting functions
  • A talented team of accounting professionals - with a focus on mentorship and growth
  • Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
  • Internal control environment (including SOX compliance)
  • Implementation of new accounting guidance (FASB, SEC, OCC, Fed)
  • Cross-functional partnerships with key business and finance teams
  • Acquisition accounting and special project support

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
  • 10-12 years in corporate accounting and SEC reporting
  • 7-10 years in leadership and consolidated financial reporting
