About the Program

Our Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program is designed to give you a 360 view of the energy industry. You'll rotate through departments such as:

  • Transmission Work Management
  • Construction Management
  • Project Management

Each rotation is crafted to provide hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and a deeper understanding of how large-scale energy projects come to life.

What You'll Do

Work Management: Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and execution of maintenance and construction projects.

Construction Oversight: Track field progress, collaborate with contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Project Management: Support project managers in budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Learn

How to manage real-world construction timelines and budgets.

The lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects.

How to collaborate across engineering, construction, and project teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, and or related degrees.
  • Expected graduation date of May 2026 or later.
  • GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work full-time for the 16-week co-op duration.

  • Field Mobility Classification - Work will be performed in various field locations, as needed, after the onboarding period. However, field employees are required to live within a reasonable daily commute to their assigned work location.

  • Depending on work location, exposure to mechanical, electrical, noisy and/or other hazards

  • Depending on work location, may be required to meet requirements for unescorted access/security clearance.

  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (hardhat, safety glasses, appropriate clothing, ear plugs, fall protection, etc.), as needed.

  • Travel to project sites
