About the Program Our Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program is designed to give you a 360 view of the energy industry. You'll rotate through departments such as:
Each rotation is crafted to provide hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and a deeper understanding of how large-scale energy projects come to life. What You'll Do Work Management: Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and execution of maintenance and construction projects. Construction Oversight: Track field progress, collaborate with contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Project Management: Support project managers in budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Learn How to manage real-world construction timelines and budgets. The lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects. How to collaborate across engineering, construction, and project teams. Basic Qualifications
