Solution Partner Program Manager - Americas

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building high-impact partner programs that drive measurable sales growth? We are looking for a results-driven Solution Partner Program Manager to join our Transactional Value Channel team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Solution Partner Program and contribute to the success of our Federal Reseller Program, with a focus on accelerating revenue, deepening partner engagement, and delivering scalable business outcomes.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Own and drive the success of the Solution Partner Program, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering consistent growth across the Americas region.
  • Federal Reseller Program Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to support and enhance the Federal Reseller Program, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Sales Enablement: Design and implement enablement strategies that empower partners and internal teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational and contractual processes related to partner programs, ensuring 100% compliance and seamless execution.
  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate to maximize joint success.
Strategic Impact:
  • Anticipate partner and customer needs, identify root causes of challenges, and develop innovative short- and long-term solutions.
  • Translate high-level sales strategies into structured, scalable programs that drive performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Solve complex, high-impact business problems with a data-driven and collaborative approach.
  • Represent the voice of the partner within the organization, influencing internal stakeholders and shaping program direction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the test and measurement industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and customer applications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel/partner management, with a consistent record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Proven experience managing partner programs, including enablement, performance tracking, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • MBA or additional business qualifications are a plus.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills;

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

CO, NC, TX pay range: MIN $187,050.00, MIDPOINT $249,400.00 - MAX $311,750.00
