Position Title: Operator
Wage: $24.33/hour Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours: 6:00pm - 6:30am (Wednesday - Friday, Every Other Saturday) We are currently seeking reliable candidates for our valued client in Richland Center, WI. If you have experience in a food manufacturing environment, take pride in your work, and are ready to start a new position, this could be the opportunity for you. These are temporary positions with the potential for permanent hire, and pay increases are available based on strong attendance and performance. Operator Responsibilities: - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines - Follow safety guidelines and meet OSHA safety requirements - Complete required documentation and reports - Inspect product to ensure consistent product quality - Verify product weight based on sampling method - Monitor operation of the filler for optimum performance - Changeover equipment as required - Follow daily production schedules - Operate pallet jack Requirements for Operator: - Basic computer skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to support a team environment - Ability to take initiative and work independently - Ability to frequently lift 50lbs - Ability to lift and reach shoulder height and above repetitively - Ability to climb steps/ladders - Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist throughout shift - Ability to quickly access different areas of the plant - Ability to work in hot, cold and wet work environment - Ability to handle and consume allergens including but not limited to tree nuts and peanuts IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
