Short Intro and About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our dynamic team; this is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing, and enhance profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP pricing module and experience in a medical reimbursement environment.

The Director of RGM is accountable for developing a strategy to drive profitable Average Selling Price (ASP) while considering channel and customer-based contracted pricing. Must be able to incorporate cost to serve per channel, reimbursement landscape by category, product mix, trade terms, and all route-to-market fees. The Director of RGM will work closely with all Sales Directors, Finance, and Market Access & Channels (MA&C) team members, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the implementation and execution of the end-to-end pricing strategy. The Director of RGM will also co-own the monthly forecast cycle with the Demand Planning and Finance teams, a responsibility that directly impacts the pricing plan accuracy and Nutricia's P&L. This role manages a team of two people.

Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Pricing: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to achieve business objectives in multiple categories and channels. Optimize pricing strategy efficiency using the SAP pricing module and other existing systems.
  • Forecasting & Financial Impact: Lead price forecasting by brand, channel, and customer within monthly rolling forecast process.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, reimbursement policies, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Contract & Pricing Administration: Build and maintain effective contract/pricing administration process, policies and procedures (e.g. records management, communication, delegation of authority, etc.). Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Market Access & Channels (MA&C) teams to ensure cohesive execution of pricing strategies and revenue initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Responsible for correct execution, monitoring, and accounting of customer-based pricing and all related off invoice trade discounts. Lead in resolution of all pricing discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of two, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The salary range for this position is $157,000 - $180,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in revenue growth management or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or medical nutrition.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the medical reimbursement environment, with preferred experience in healthcare distribution and fulfillment routes to market or comparable route-to-market structures.
  • Data Utilization: Data management and data manipulation across Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and in-house systems. Proficiency in SAP pricing module.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and understanding of the project management lifecycle
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Performance: Consistent demonstration of satisfactory performance if currently employed
