Your future role

Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 DOE

Take on a new challenge and bring your quality inspection expertise to a global leader in sustainable mobility. You'll report to the Quality Manager and work alongside passionate, dedicated teammates. You'll ensure that products and parts delivered by Alstom meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Day-to-day, you'll perform inspections, tests, and sampling procedures on products during manufacturing and before delivery. You'll also support the development of control plans and maintain inspection records, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

We'll look to you for:



  • Performing inspections and verifying product compliance, including post-rework checks.
  • Recording inspection results using digital tools.
  • Conducting destructive and non-destructive testing (if qualified).
  • Maintaining detailed inspection records for components, assemblies, and vehicles.
  • Participating in customer joint inspections and preparing shipping documentation.
  • Ensuring calibration of inspection equipment and instruments.
  • Supporting production teams and APYS initiatives.
  • Completing required training and supporting daily team tasks.

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with a variety of test equipment.
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Experience in quality systems or audits is a plus.
  • Desirable qualifications: CWI, NDT, GD&T, 3D inspection, PolyWorks.
  • Railway industry experience is a strong advantage.
