Genesis10 is currently seeking a Insurance Litigation Associate for a PERM role with our client in Philadelphia, PA. This role is 100% onsite.
Summary: We are seeking an attorney with three to four years of litigation experience. A strong candidate will be a motivated lawyer who seeks a steady volume of insurance litigation and autonomy but also seeks the opportunity to be part of a strong team and grow and develop business personally. Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania is required. Client's Insurance group works with some of the nation's largest insurance industry clients. Our practice comprises all lines of insurance, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty. Our practice also covers a broad array of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, including with respect to corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency. Our Insurance associates work directly with our clients, engage meaningfully with insurance industry groups, and join business development opportunities in the early stages of their career. Compensation: Yearly Salary $245,000 to $270,000 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
