DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of birth records. It will be essential to have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations related to birth records, in addition to excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Your responsibilities will include investigating any discrepancies or fraudulent information, as well as developing benchmarks and outcome measures to improve employee productivity and overall quality. In addition, you will analyze operational procedures and policies to ensure they are effective, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Limited term, full-time employment (37.5 hours per week)with benefits (Bronze Plan). Duration of employment is approximately 6 months with possible extension for an additional 6 months.
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You will be required to report to the office 1 day per month and as needed for training. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.   • You will have a minimum of 2 weeks of mandatory on-site training.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:
