COMPETENCIES
SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. This position is hourly, non-exempt, and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 40+ hours per week. A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours - 20% in the office and 80% remote. The candidate selected for this position would have the option to work from any office within the Park Ohio footprint. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience with collections, consumer lending or related field preferred TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel to headquarters for department meetings required Equal Opportunity Employer
