Be part of our movement, let's pursue excellence together. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Associate to join our growing team in the innovative biotech space. This role is critical in supporting both internal and external communications initiatives that enhance the company's brand, support product communications, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare communications, scientific literacy, and the ability to tailor complex information to diverse audiences including media, healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Working closely with our communications team, this role will be instrumental in building and enhancing our communications strategies to keep the company engaged and informed as we grow. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels and work across functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Interaction: The incumbent works closely with internal teams including regulatory, legal, medical affairs, marketing, and human resources as well as with outside vendors as necessary. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and move between spaces. Close vision and the need to focus on computer screen, use of hands, fingers and wrist to type on keyboard and manipulate mouse.

Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $32/hr to $45/hr. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. This role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for over-time. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
