Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$45.46 - $61.37 / hour

Develop and oversee a comprehensive program for enhancing safety, quality, accreditation, and education across acute and outpatient radiology. Works in collaboration with leaders, technologist, radiologist, and other directors of quality across the Lee Health System. The director will lead radiology leadership teams to coordinate improvement efforts, manage departmental policies and educate on the latest guidelines and regulations from DNV, ACR, ACHA, MQSA, and all other regulating bodies.

Education:Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred.

Experience: Experience in quality assurance and quality control in a radiology setting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Excellent communication skills.

Certification: CPPS or CPHQ required. If not present upon hire, employee has 12 months to obtain. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required.
