JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a driven Digital Technology Lead, AI Solutions & Responsible AI who is a strong AI innovation advocate with deep technical expertise, a user-centric mindset, and a passion for responsible AI to join our DT Artificial Intelligence team, based out of Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 2 days per week onsite). About the role As DT Lead, AI Solutions & Responsible AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI solutions that span multi-modal data pipelines and Agentic GenAI capabilities. You will also lead the global maturity of our Responsible AI framework, ensuring ethical, transparent, and safe AI practices across UCB. Who you'll work with You will work within a team of highly skilled AI Solution leads and engineers, whose mission is to empower UCB to innovate and excel by leveraging AI for automation, enhanced decision-making, and transformative solutions. The team operates globally and cross-functionally across the company, delivering thought leadership, accelerating AI adoption, and implementing innovative AI into user-centric software. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 - 195,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
