Quality Assurance Technician

• 1st Shift: (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) $23.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) $24.00/hr.
• 3rd Shift: (12:00 AM - 8:30 AM) $25.00/hr.

• Perform daily HACCP monitoring and verification, recommend corrective actions, and conduct product line checks to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct micro, raw material, and environmental testing (including ATP hygiene swabs) to confirm product and equipment safety.
• Review and verify batch records, logbooks, and documentation for regulatory compliance and perform product releases.
• Collect, evaluate, and report quality data using computer systems; complete trend analysis and statistical reporting.
• Conduct GMP and hygiene audits, investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and maintain proper documentation practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of testing, audits, and reporting; communicate any issues to the Quality Manager.
• Maintain a clean lab environment, support traceability and recall procedures, and participate in food safety, HACCP, and GMP programs.

• 0-2 years of work experience in a Quality Assurance/Control/Microbiology in GMP environment.
• Experience in HACCP/SQF environment is a plus.
• Previous work experience in quality assurance/control/microbiology in a GMP environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work with all kinds of ingredients, ex. spices, food components including soy
• The ability to handle multiple projects and be able to meet deadlines.
