We are seeking a Manager of Registrar Services to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, student-focused registrar support. This leadership role is key to maintaining operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of service delivery. The manager will serve as a subject matter expert, a coach, and a strategic partner to institutional stakeholders.

Work Model: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs in-office and Fri remote)

Day in the Life:



  • Lead and develop a Registrar Services team, fostering a culture aligned with organizational values centered on student success and care
  • Ensure operational excellence through timely and accurate service delivery to students and academic partners
  • Develop, train, and manage staff to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance with institutional policies
  • Evaluate existing customer service and operational processes; provide strategic insights and improvements to senior leadership
  • Manage escalated student issues and work cross-functionally to resolve complex academic or administrative concerns
  • Monitor and analyze enrollment and student service data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting systems
  • Stay current on institutional policies and applicable regulations, and ensure team members are well-informed and compliant
  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow to ensure adequate coverage and resource efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and process enhancements to support evolving organizational goals



Keys to Success:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of demonstrated people management responsibility
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including comfort engaging with senior leadership
  • Background in service-oriented or student-facing environments preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a commitment to accountability and performance excellence
  • Familiarity with academic systems and registrar functions is a plus
