How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
The Finance Analyst is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of technical efforts, projects, programs, and activities by coordinating information and providing support. She or he works with several project tears and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and data entry of project-specific activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide project administration support to field personnel and project arrangement. Coordinate and track project workflow Assist in work-order processes to ensure all related documentation is obtained and complete for billing. Communicate with managers and customers on status update throughout the work order process. Enter all project work order relevant data into software Meet daily required deadlines Assist in / create invoices in billing system Prepare, and provide various reports to management weekly, monthly and as needed. Assist in / process permits Other duties, as assigned Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel and Outlook required Job Specific Knowledge and Skills Excellent research and analytical abilities and quantitative skills. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. High levels of organization and attention on to detail. Ability to multitask Ability to work independently in a flexible business environment Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to process work with a high level of accuracy. Desire to learn and expand Preferred Education & Experience
