Machine Assistant

Join Staffmark and be part of a dedicated manufacturing team producing high-quality corrugated products as the newest Machine Assistant in Lewisburg, OH. We're looking for motivated individuals to assist machine operators with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment. Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM): $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM): $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM): $18.00/hr
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating corrugated machines (e.g., die cutters, gluers)
• Load raw materials and remove finished products
• Inspect product quality and report defects or irregularities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all production and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when required
