Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to incoming gate calls from drivers
• Scheduling shipping/receiving appointments via phone and email
• Entering orders into 3PL systems and creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Scheduling carrier pickups and sending shipping confirmations
• Processing incoming deliveries, including packing lists and label creation
• Managing sign-in/sign-out at the shipping and receiving window
• Assisting with cycle counts and inventory tracking

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, self-managing, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and a commitment to punctuality and reliability
