Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support & DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves resolving application issues, managing client communications, and actively participating in support and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud services, and Identity and Access Management (IAM), along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills Devops, Aws, Python, Cloud, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Java, Scripting Top Skills Details Devops,Aws,Python,Cloud,Kubernetes,Jenkins,Terraform,Docker,Java,Scripting Additional Skills & Qualifications * Respond promptly to production support calls and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer support. * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives. * Utilize DevOps tools to build, inspect, deploy, test, and promote new or updated application features. * Create and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, implementation guides, and architecture diagrams. * Work closely with product owners and development teams to define and implement new features and user stories. * Support and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. * Provide guidance and documentation to other teams and stakeholders. * Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and MyServices for task tracking and collaboration. * Leverage Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
