We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Portfolio Management Analyst to support our enterprise IT portfolio function. This contract position offers the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs. The analyst will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial tracking, project oversight, and portfolio execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, clear communication, and organizational discipline. They will help maintain transparency across initiatives, support product and program planning, enforce governance processes, and promote alignment to strategic objectives using tools such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *3+ years of experience in IT portfolio, program, or project support roles *Strong financial tracking skills including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis *Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present to executive leadership *Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar *Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments *Comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities across teams and timelines *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
