We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Revenue Cycle Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare information technology who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. The analyst will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of multiple practice management systems and related technologies. Key Responsibilities * Maintain day-to-day operations of practice management systems (e.g., procedure, insurance, and contract updates). * Prepare and compile bi-annual regulatory reports, including coordination with facilities for chart corrections. * Manage annual reimbursement contract updates. * Conduct periodic contract reviews, comparing paid claims and EOBs. * Support other business systems initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a high-paced environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to learn new software and systems and take ownership of assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of medical billing processes. * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management systems. * Experience with Epic EMR, AdvantX, Amkai Charts/Office, SIS Charts/Office. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle, or business systems analysis. Details: * Pay: $31 - $40/hr. based on related experience. * Pay cycle - weekly \| medical, dental and vision benefits offered * Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 8 hour shift within the hours of operation (7:00am - 5:00pm \| 40 hours per week) * Once fully trained, this position will offer a Hybrid schedule with 2-3 onsite days per week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
