Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Warehouse associate in Baltimore, Maryland for
2nd shift. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling parts to fill orders, packaging orders, and shipping orders to internal and external customers. Seeking candidate with No previous work experience required; Forklift, pallet jack experience, preferred; High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Requirements for the Warehouse Associate position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the Warehouse associate job, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including bulky objects. Will occasionally be required to maneuver items weighing in excess of 70 pounds. This position requires repeated reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and climbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Starting Compensation Range: $19.11-$26.30 per hour Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, candidate qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business factors. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance e.g. discretionary incentive programs or non-discretionary incentive plans including overtime.
