Team Lead - Hospital Business Office The Georgia Business Center is a centralized business office facility located in Dunwoody, Georgia, performing billing and collection services for multiple Universal Health Services (UHS) psychiatric hospitals. In our young seven years of service to our facilities, we have seen incredible success in our ability to provide comprehensive and efficient billing and collection services to the hospitals we serve. Due to continued growth, we are searching for an experienced TEAM LEADER to oversee the billing and collection functions of several hospitals. What Role Will You Play? The purpose of the Team Leader role is to support the financial goals and objectives of assigned hospitals through effective daily management of team performance, review of financial data and analysis, and ensuring billing and collections processes are completed properly. Through effective leadership of the team, you will ensure financial goals are met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. What Will You Get To Do? Qualifications What Does The Georgia Business Center Require for this Role? Candidates for this leadership role must possess at least four years of healthcare billing and collections experience in a hospital business office or preferably in a centralized billing office environment. 2 years' experience in a supervisory or other leadership position is also required.
