Job Title: Employee Development Specialist Duration: 12 Months Location: Auburn, WA Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Summary: The Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking Experienced Employee Development Specialists to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal New Hire Onboarding program and foundational skills instruction. Position Responsibilities: * Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g., preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.). * Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content. * Identifies business-specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. * Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations. * Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors. * Analyze, validate, optimize, and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees. * Be able to support off-shift as necessary.
