We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our Products and Services IT team. The Information Technology intern will assist the team with technical support duties, as well as project management. This internship offers practical work experience and will involve challenging opportunities, real technical projects, and interaction with developers and leaders.

This is an internship position with an expected duration of 6 months and is in office. Interns will receive mentoring and guidance from IT professionals, providing an excellent learning opportunity.



Your Impact

    Gain experience and support team in Agile methodologies, project management, and team dynamics
  • Provide support facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and removing impediments
  • Assist developers with basic technical tasks
  • Create dashboards, reports, and other technical documentation
  • Proactively and timely respond to project-related communications
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users
  • Attend project meetings as required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Basic proficiency with Atlassian suite products (Jira and Confluence)
  • Basic proficiency of common programming languages
  • Basic knowledge of software lifecycle management
