We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne, FL. In this role you will monitor department policies and procedures, recommend improvements, and consult with Senior Management. You will oversee day-to-day procurement activities, assist in creating strategic supplier agreements, and execute CPSR-compliant purchase orders.
This role requires effective management of supplier relationships, monitoring metrics, and consolidating requisitions for leverage pricing. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to lead negotiations, ensure compliance with commercial contract law, and support the organization's mission, values, and culture.
