PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Supervisor Projects supports field engineering managers by planning, estimating, and coordinating track infrastructure projects across our Class I railroad network. This role is responsible for managing capital and maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations and internal engineering standards, and delivering projects that enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Management Conductor Program Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC.
