Description Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN is seeking 4 Mortgage Review candidates for their Insurance Review team. Job Title is Loan Document Processor 3. Main responsibilities are to read and review Insurance policies and verify that the coverage is appropriate for the customers home they're looking to purchase. Seeking experience with processing mortgages and/or Insurance. Underwriting insurance for the mortgage. Hybrid after 6-8 weeks of training. One week on, one week remote. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Ability to analyze resolve problems ability to multi - task in a fast paced environments Ability to take initiative and work independently Accuracy and Attention to Detail Collaboration in team environment Documentation Analysis Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills fast learner home mortgage insurance loan documentation loan processing pipeline management underwriting In this contingent resource assignment you may: Support Loan Documentation proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Loan Documentation impact. Perform complex transactional support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Customer Service Loan Administration Collections or Sales environment experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
