* ReactJS Developer * Remote \| Hybrid Option (New York Area) Full-Time \| 6-Month Contract \| Potential for Extension or Full-Time Hire About the Role We're seeking a skilled and motivated ReactJS Developer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about front-end development. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and clean, efficient code. * Build and maintain native web components and reusable UI elements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. * Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high performance and responsiveness. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision. * Contribute to the evolution of development standards and best practices. * Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team. Must-Have Skills * 4-6 years of experience in front-end development or related IT environments. * Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, Webpack, and native web components. * Familiarity with Junit and Jasmine testing frameworks. * Solid understanding of software development principles and deployment practices. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have * Experience working in Agile environments. * Exposure to cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines. * Interest in mentoring and contributing to internal development communities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
