Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform and a passion for resolving technical issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end-users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and Mac environments. * Manage and track incidents, service requests, and changes using an ITSM platform (preferably ServiceNow). * Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership and communication with the end-user. * Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and hardware setup. * Collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery and user experience. * Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Required Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role. * Proficiency with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow. * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and remote desktop tools. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of ITSM frameworks. * Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools. * Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
