Are you a seasoned IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves a mix of remote work and travel? We're looking for Tier 2 Support Technicians to join a growing national team supporting enterprise technology across a network of firms. This role is fully remote during tax season, and during the off-season, you'll travel across the U.S. to deliver hands-on support and integration services. This is more than just IT support - it's about delivering white-glove service, becoming a subject matter expert, and playing a key role in transforming and modernizing IT environments. What You'll Do * Remote Support (Tax Season): * Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-user devices, applications, and infrastructure. * Manage devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and configuration standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed documentation for setup procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting. * Onsite Integration (Off-Season Travel): * Travel to firm locations across the U.S. to support infrastructure upgrades and device deployments. * Participate in discovery and planning sessions to assess existing environments. * Decommission legacy systems and install new networking equipment (e.g., Meraki stack), endpoints, phones, and printers. * Deliver white-glove onboarding and hypercare support to end users post-deployment. What You Bring * 6+ years of field support or Tier 2 IT experience. * Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune. * Proven experience deploying and supporting hardware/software in enterprise environments. * Excellent documentation skills to support knowledge sharing and consistency. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and solving complex problems. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 6 months out of the year (all expenses covered). Nice to Have * Experience with infrastructure discovery and planning. * Familiarity with tax/audit applications and Microsoft 365 environments. * Previous experience in fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
