What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in your field of practice.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in healthcare, preferably with a background in perianesthesia in major medical center with complex surgeries.
- Valid California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and team supervision.
- Experience in developing and managing operating budgets.
- Expertise in relevant computer software programs.
