At MU Energy Management, we don't just keep the lights on-we power the future of innovation, education, and research. As the energy backbone of the University of Missouri, we produce, purchase, and deliver essential utility services that keep the campus running efficiently and sustainably.
Our operations revolve around one of the most advanced district energy systems in the nation, anchored by the cutting-edge Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power Plant (CCHP). This facility produces steam, chilled water, and electricity that heat, cool, and energize more than 17 million square feet of academic, research, athletic, and healthcare space across campus.

But we don't stop there. We're leading the charge in energy efficiency by implementing smart, campus-wide building automation systems-reducing consumption, enhancing comfort, and supporting a greener future.

If you're passionate about sustainability, innovation, and working behind the scenes to support world-class education and research, MU Energy Management offers a dynamic and impactful career path. Join us and help shape a resilient, energy-efficient tomorrow.
