The BIC Coordinator is a site-based leadership position responsible for managing start-up, facility operations, and cleanliness coordination on large-scale industrial projects. This role supports Worley's purpose of delivering a more sustainable world by ensuring safe, efficient, and clean commissioning of assets. By integrating specialized cleanliness protocols with start-up operations, the role drives operational integrity, asset longevity, and environmental compliance-key outcomes for Worley's ambition to lead in sustainability solutions.
