Qualifications 1. High school diploma (minimum); 2. Customer service mindset; 3. Office rapport skills to assist students, parents, and the community with a variety of tasks/questions; 4. Experience in administrative office work preferred; 5. Dependable work record; 6. Proficient ability to type; 7. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks; 8. Ability to problem solve through a variety of tasks & priorities; 9. Positive and friendly work attitude; 10. Proficient in Google Workspace, Infinite Campus, etc; 11. Experience with data input and database set-up, including the creation of charts and graphs; 12. Experience/knowledge of networking systems, preferably Skyward and Infinite Campus programs; 13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 14. Must be detail oriented; 15. Must be able to work effectively, independently, and in a team setting, and with minimum direction; 16. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality. 17. Experience in the school setting is preferred, but not required.
