Position(s) I am Applying for
Billing Assistant The Billing Assistant supports the efficient execution of the Firm's legal billing processes in collaboration with the Billing Analyst, including clerical and administrative tasks integral to the monthly billing cycle. The Billing Assistant is also tasked with maintaining accurate client and matter records and updating billing rates. Additionally, the role involves responding promptly to internal and external inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and Firm staff. The individual in this position is expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, as well as the desire to learn billing software, accounting tools, and e-billing vendor systems. The candidate must be adaptable to changing priorities, collaborative, and able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Firm policies and client guidelines. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position will be remote and associated with the Washington, DC office. Essential Functions

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
