Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for an MRO Componenet Repair Operations Representative to join our Material Support and Services Team in Grand Prairie, TX. The MRO Componenet Repair Operations Representativeinterfacse with internal and external suppliers/vendors to obtain status, delivery dates, quotes/estimates, invoices/credits, technical inquiries and logistical details for equipment, blades, dynamics, and piece parts. Manage rotable pool for serviceable parts. Perform planning/scheduling as required. Assist with supplier/vendor negotiations. Create service orders and purchase orders as required - Manage D-level repairers/suppliers including internal suppliers:
- Challenge repair pricing and quotations
- Challenge repair schemes proposed
- Assist procurement to get flat fees for the cost drivers
- Conduct weekly conference to get external WIP status
- Supplier's performance plan (dashboards....)
- Request, receive, and manage quotations for WIP sent to external suppliers/vendors
- Coordinate logistical details with suppliers/vendors
Assist procurement in establishing targeted supplier 's service level agreement Coordinate quality discrepancies resolution with external suppliers Conduct routine performance evaluations and define improvement plan with external suppliers/vendors to recover targeted performance (KPI's)
Forecast/Scheduling/Planning - 20%
Challenge/Agree on Scheduling/Planning with Suppliers in accordance with customer priorities Build and Maintain Suppliers scorecards Provide external repair forecast and provide to external suppliers/vendors Provide estimated delivery dates and supplier/vendor progress reports to Customer experience team Challenge shops and repair suppliers on turnaround times and costs are with defined threshold.

Propose and set-up process improvement Build and maintain KPI's for all activities Work closely with accounting maintaining their WIP status. Including closing service orders, resolving costing issues, explanations and resolutions. Maintain WIP inventories are moved through accurately
