The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $82,104.00 to $102,630.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Overview

We are a leading wine and spirits organization seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting our designated distributors across all U.S. regions, ensuring seamless transactional operations and contributing to our financial planning and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aging:Management, validation, processing and correction where necessary of aging reports to ensure timely payment and accurate reporting. Feedback to finance business partners (Commercial, RGM, Portfolio) to ensure process enhancement are provided.
  • Distributor Communication: Timely communication with distributor regarding status of invoices and corrections needed.
  • Customer Service Billing:Process billing corrections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer service transactions. Communication with central data and pricing team to coordinate correction and process enhancements.
  • PMF Invoicing:Calculation and processing of PMF invoicing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • PSM Maintenance Support:Provide (when applicable) support to maintain PSM systems to support financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experience:0-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in learning and utilizing multiple data sources and systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Business savvy with commercial acumento understand business performance.
