We are looking for a Manager to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team. This role is onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.

What this job involves -

This position demands excellence in client relationship management and strategic vision, along with proven leadership experience in Occupancy Planning. This Manager will ensure our clients receive JLL's premier Occupancy Planning & Management solutions, products, and tools that align with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading account-level delivery of comprehensive Occupancy Planning and Management services

• Contributing valuable industry insights and thought leadership to enhance client outcomes

• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and internal teams

• Providing oversight of the account's move management operations

Foster relationships

Great relationship building skills, client focus and team leadership. You'll foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations. Simultaneously, ensuring coordination and collaboration among various JLL businesses.

Thinking strategically, simplifying the complex, seeing the big picture, and driving results are a few of the basic requirements of the job. You should thrive on change with an appetite for risks, be proactive and innovative with solutions.
A desire to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems / processes and client deliverables. Manage a team, train and mentor as needed.

Managing spaces

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical abilities. You'll need meticulous attention to detail, particularly with numerical data and creative spatial solutions.

Your primary focus will be portfolio planning and management, space optimization, and supporting clients through migration initiatives-from individual relocations to group moves. You'll be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and updating project status reports that compare actual versus projected seat demand, analyze current supply and capacity metrics, and forecast inventory fluctuations.

Communication champion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening, verbal, written and visual communication and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level. Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them to others on the account and client.

Tech-savvy

You have critical thinking skill sets and can easily tell a story through data. You will be successful on the job if you have skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations), and understand floorplans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint Presentations for clients will be highly valuable for the job.

Reporting

Ability to create accurate and credible planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision making including space, demand and utilization tracking.
