What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: This role will oversee a team where responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, hiring and termination decisions; coaching and development; rewards and recognition; performance management; and staff productivity. Collaborating with the Vice President Information Security, this individual will further develop the Identity and Access Management program, including the execution of role-based strategies and provisioning across the enterprise. These efforts are performed in compliance with DCU security policies and industry's best practices. - Manage and mature the credit union's Identity and Access Management program and procedures
- Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization. Facilitate meetings; plans, designs, and provides presentations.
- Prepares procedures, policies, reports, and correspondence; communicates information about security threats; oversees metrics, funding, budgets, and resources
- Take part in solution architecture design and assist with the integration and implementation of IAM solutions as part of security initiatives.
- Supervise the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of new security solutions and updates to existing security solutions, following the credit union's security program or standard best practices.
- Ensure controls and configurations comply with security policies and legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Align all elements of the IAM Program-business value, roadmap ownership, milestones, and messaging-with business and IT.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and vendors to implement and advance the IAM program and roadmap through a structured, phased, and iterative methodology.
- Serve as the point of escalation to help resolve any roadblocks and constraints in service delivery
- Develop, oversee, and monitor controls to address situations related to compliance in user provisioning, recertification, and access management
- Collaborate with IT enterprise architecture teams to align IAM security standards with Enterprise Architecture frameworks. This position oversees IAM security solutions and operations for the enterprise by managing both internal and external resources.
- Identify current and emerging security threats and design IAM architecture to address them. Stay updated on new IAM security technologies and incorporate them into the security architecture.
- Manages key vendor relationships to ensure service levels and coordinates with procurement on contracts
- Analyze critical events to improve prevention and response processes
- Collaborate with business units to clarify security concepts, provide recommendations, and support security initiatives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
|
- Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience.
- 5 years of experience in information security and knowledge of the Information Security regulatory requirements in the financial institution environment.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with IAM management and compliance
- Familiarity with SSO, MFA, Federation, CASB and PAM
- Cloud Security experience, including Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSLC
