Sprinturf is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager who is part strategist, part technologist, and fully fluent in the tools that power growth: HubSpot, Power BI, AI, and CMS platforms like WordPress and HubSpot CMS. This role supports two growing national brands, Sprinturf and ProGreen, and will lead the charge in automation, performance reporting, and AI-driven optimization. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who can lead with insight, automate with purpose, and deliver actionable intelligence that drives performance across the entire funnel. Bachelors of Marketing (required)
Experience
Experience with AI tools for marketing and sales, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, or generative content platforms (preferred)
HubSpot Reporting Certification is required (required) Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress, HubSpot, and CMS best practices (preferred) 3 years: 3 or more years of experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or marketing automation (required) Skills
