Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our Mission Support Center in Kansas City. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service.

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of running the facility
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability

• Previous experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
