Position Title: Product Manager, Data and Analytics
Department: Technology Reports to: Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics Location: Remote Schedule: M-F, 35 hours Salary Range: $107,120 - $123,600 This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.

Position Overview:
The Product Manager, Data & Analytics works within a small team of product managers and data analysts. The role is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization, developing analytics infrastructure, and expanding data-driven features, working in close collaboration with the Vibrant data team.
The PM plays a key role in translating business needs into data solutions, maintaining and improving dashboards, and driving forward data products that align with organizational goals. This role reports to the Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics.
