Job Description Summary:

Facilitates the development and implementation of inclusive learning strategies and projects. Designs and implements strategies, provides guidance on inclusive practices and policies, develops training programs, and leads projects. Collaborates with various stakeholders to drive positive change and foster a culture of inclusive excellence, access, opportunity, and fairness for all.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Develops inclusive learning strategies and programs. Designs and delivers training.
  • Provides consulting and strategic support to assigned service lines. Evaluates the effectiveness of initiatives and recommends improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to assess needs and gaps.
  • Supports planning and coordination related to annual programs and employee resource groups.
  • Facilitates ongoing communications via SharePoint, newsletter, and other communications opportunities in collaboration with the director.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, required.

Certifications:

DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) certification, preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to assess, create, and implement training.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and group and process facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as representatives of various cultures in the internal and external community.
  • Data analysis and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience:

  • Three years of experience in human resources or employee-focused programming, required.
  • Facilitation and presentation experience, required.
  • Experience with instructional design, preferred.
