The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a transformative leader to serve as Head of Partners, overseeing the global strategy and execution of Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) partner ecosystem. This role spans technology and agency partnerships across all regions and business segments, with a focus on driving mutual growth, customer value realization, and market leadership for Adobe's Digital Experience products, including generative AI solutions like Firefly. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!

What you'll do
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for Adobe's DX partner ecosystem, including Tier 1 global strategic alliances, regional partners, and boutique implementation partners.
  • Align partner efforts with Adobe's sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and value delivery.
  • Drive strategic relationships with key tech partners (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Google, IBM) and agency partners (e.g., Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, WPP, Stagwell).
  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that enable global partners to scale their business practices and position Adobe as a preferred partner.
  • Assess the current partner ecosystem to identify investment priorities.
  • Transition Adobe's partner strategy to address evolving market demands, bridging traditional alliance methods with modern, AI led approaches.
  • Collaborate with partners, consulting teams, and customer success organizations to accelerate value realization for customers, particularly in large-scale technology deployments.
  • Integrate partner efforts into new product launches and ensure alignment with Adobe's go-to-market initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience in global alliance management or partner ecosystem roles within enterprise software organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing partner go-to-market strategies and enabling global partner ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in fostering partnerships across enterprise solution portfolios, with a focus on AI and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to innovate and modernize partner programs, balancing traditional methods with cutting- edge strategies.
  • Exceptional skills in aligning partner efforts with internal business functions to drive measurable growth in customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in identifying ecosystem priorities and presenting actionable business plans to leadership.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the dynamic interplay between sales and partner organizations, including attribution and mutual value creation.
  • Experience fostering collaborative, forward-thinking partnerships that adapt to market shifts and customer needs.
  • Exposure to managing both traditional alliance frameworks and modern partner enablement strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $275,100 -- $510,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
