About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over three hundred outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over forty types of primary care and specialty practices, which allow those who work in these clinics the opportunity to gain experience and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital Neuroscience Center offers eleven hospital-based clinics specializing in a variety of neurological conditions. As our practice continues to grow, we are expanding our team to better serve our patients. The RN Supervisor will support four key specialties: Pediatric and Adult ENT, Sinus and Skull Base Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (non-cosmetic, typically trauma-related), and Neurosurgery. They will have direct oversight of clinical staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs), ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Job Summary The Outpatient Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes clinical personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner, and in conjunction with the operations manager where applicable. He has responsibility for clinical operations, orients, and trains clinical staff, and ensures competency for excellence in clinical practice. Develop process improvement initiatives based on best practice and participate in the development of policies and procedures. Supports quality patient care to meet regulatory guidelines and participates in Patient and Family Centered Care while also aiding individuals in a manner that considers their special or age-related needs.
