This is a full-time position (72 hours per pay period) with a 12-hour, varied day shift schedule that requires flexibility throughout the week. The role includes one Saturday on-call shift from approximately 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM every nine weeks and at least one late shift per week to support extended case coverage. This position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

Required Qualifications:

* Current BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association

* Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program or a minimum of six months of recent experience in an Interventional Cath Lab.

* Technical competence in aspects of patient monitoring, diagnostic/therapeutic Cardiovascular Technology.

* Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

* RCIS and /or RCES

* Scrub, circulate, and monitor in EP and Cath Lab experience

* Ability to manage/prioritize during a crisis or stressful situation
