Job Description Duties: Design and build highly complex machine learning systems. Identifies, researches and realizes key machine learning technical capabilities in the industry. Leads Applied Machine Learning software engineering technical competency across multiple work streams. Develops and manages technical capability roadmap and setting the long-term strategies within machine learning space. Provides technical oversight with multiple machine learning work streams. Applies in-depth knowledge of functional area goals and strategy when selecting technology capabilities and building solutions. Leads and performs strategic venture technology due diligence activities in the related field. Collaborates and leads others in key business and/or functional initiatives as part of advanced research efforts and cutting-edge technical capabilities realization. Introduces and leads change effectively as part of ongoing initiatives or overall team goals. Responsible for all technical aspects of advanced research and forward engineering in the field of machine learning, information retrieval, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and ontology engineering technologies. Responsible for the vision and realization of cutting-edge technical capabilities into business applications and solutions. This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six years of experience in performing machine learning algorithm and data pipeline implementation. Or, alternatively, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and four years of experience performing machine learning algorithm and data pipeline implementation. Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Developing technical solutions using software engineering, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and ontology engineering; Designing and developing cognitive business applications based on front and backend technical experience; Using supervised and unsupervised machine-learning techniques, as well as deep machine-learning techniques, including conventional neural network; and Designing and building high complexity machine learning systems in the advertisement technology industry.
