Detailed Job Description Position Summary: The Customer Experience Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Vanguard's Customer Experience Center, acting as both a technical lead and a strategic enabler for the sales team. This individual will ensure every sample and demonstration reflects the quality, reliability, and innovation that Vanguard is known for - delivered on time and to spec. Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming sample and demo requests with urgency and accuracy
- Collaborate daily with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor output accordingly
- Operate and maintain Vanguard equipment for maximum quality and readiness
- Own color profiling, calibration, and media management across all devices
- Conduct live demos (in person and virtual) with technical and sales professionalism
- Ensure all client interactions in the CEC are premium, personalized, and impactful
- Track and improve sample output timelines and accuracy
- Train and oversee other CEC support staff as needed
- Represent the Vanguard brand with professionalism, pride, and a solution-first mindset
