As a Site Coordinator in our After School Program, you'll oversee the daily operations of a licensed school-age program serving elementary-aged children. You'll lead a small team, foster a positive environment for students, and build strong connections with families and school partners. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support your team to deliver safe, enriching, and engaging after-school activities



  • Maintain compliance with EEC licensing and YMCA policies



  • Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and YMCA leadership



  • Manage daily schedules, materials, and administrative needs



  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive space for children to learn, play, and grow

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early talent pursuing careers in education, recreation, or for individuals seeking to gain experience in management. Experience as a Site Coordinator provides valuable skills working directly with youth and in a supervisory capacity that can lead to growth in a variety of fields.




  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must meet EEC qualifications of a Site Coordinator and have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with school-aged children in a program setting
