JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling, coordination, and management of all designated operations functions. The Operations Supervisor will provide leadership, including goal setting, performance measurement and feedback to all assigned operations personnel. The Operations Supervisor is expected to utilize provided qualitative and quantitative data to make informed business decisions that will help WP Beverages sustain and improve overall business operations. The Operations Supervisor will also assist other departments throughout the year as needed. Every member of the WP Team is a salesperson for our brands and the company. Therefore, the Marketing Equipment Supervisor must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs.

REQUIREMENTS



  1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
  2. Minimum of two years of experience in: Warehousing, Distribution, and/or Merchandising.
  3. Knowledge of sales, customer relations techniques, and controlling labor costs while meeting service needs.
  4. High attention to detail with the ability to present written information in a clear, concise, and legible format.
  5. Strong organizational and decision-making skills while managing multiple projects.
  6. The ability to work with and direct a team with a minimum of one-year experience managing, and coaching.
  7. Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  8. Knowledge of State and Federal D.O.T. vehicle requirements, rules, and regulations.
  9. Repetitive lifting of 60 lbs. from floor to waist, chest and shoulder height.
  10. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish vending and food service equipment.
  11. Be able to operate powered industrial equipment in a safe manner and maintain annual certification.
  12. Willingness to work off shift hours as needed.
